The client was looking for a robust trafficable membrane system that would act primarily as a waterproofing and a wear surface for vehicular traffic. carpark and delivery bay into the residential complex to protect the carpark below and was looking for a hard-wearing surface which was waterproof the product had to be durable, strong, and flexible enough to handle some movement within todays modern structures.

SOLUTION
Our carpark system is completely monolithic and no porous so the water sheds straight off the system immediately. It is laid on a separating membrane which isolates the system from the structure which will allow minor structural movement to occur.

A complete QA package was handed over to the client at the end of the project showing sign off sheets and pictures during construction.
