The Parc - Viaduct Basin
The
developers were looking for a unique selling point – and an inner city
park/oasis provides this. In addition they were after secure parking for the
apartment owners.
Neuchatel enabled this by providing a robust waterproofing layer between the
extensive park and the underground carparking.
Neuchatel’s tough, jointless, multi layered system ensures watertightness in
challenging conditions – particularly where other tradespeople may not
appreciate or respect the waterproofing membrane.
